As long as your event fits within the aims and purpose of GreenSeen we will host it for you. We advertise GreenSeen on social media to drive traffic to the website and bring in the right audience. We do not post events on social media for you.
Getting Started
To add your first event you or your organisation must register with us. Getting your first event on GreenSeen can take a couple of weeks so please make sure you register well ahead of your event
The registration process involves the following steps:
- Apply to be an event provider using the form below.
- You will receive confirmation by email and a link for the next steps
- Add any venues you regularly use – you will only need to do this once
- Add events with photos
- Submit your events by the close of day on a Tuesday and we will add them by Friday morning.
We recommend adding your events at least five weeks before the event.
Please do not add any information about events you are running, regular or specific on this form. This is a registration form only. You will be sent information about how to post events and venues later.
We reserve the right to refuse an event if we don’t think there is a match between your event and our criteria.
Cost of posting an event
It’s free to post an event. Please feel free to make a donation though to help cover our running costs
When will my event be up?
Generally events received by Tuesday night will be posted on Wednesday. Delays occur if the event data is not in the format we requested
Cancelled events
We only update GreenSeen once a week so you need to ensure the event is clearly marked cancel on your own site.
Errors
If you have made a mistake in the data you have given us we will correct it on a when we are next uploading events.
